Master Plan DesignLandscape design plans are created using ideas that enrich everyday life outdoors. With the client's needs and wishes in mind, your site is carefully evaluated while we discuss in detail how to enhance your sites unique opportunities while eliminating problems. Consideration is given to the level of maintenance and care your landscape will require. During our first meeting, please be prepared to provide a plat map of your property. A Master Plan will be drawn to scale and it will illustrate all the proposed elements such as hardscapes, water features, pools, decks, arbors, outdoor kitchens, lawns, plantings, playscapes and lighting.ConsultationOn site consultation visits are available for a fee of $150 an hour. These kinds of consultations may include quick sketches (not to scale) for conceptual site layouts of hardscape and plants; reviewing plans with your landscape contractor; site visits during construction and installation; working with clients to assist in specific material selections; ideas for renovation of existing landscapes; custom maintenance recommendations. |
Services Every client and every site is unique. Prior to setting up our first meeting please take some time to consider your landscape and begin creating a list of needs and wants, site problems and assets, functional requirements, maintenance issues, garden styles you like and details that you admire, and budget considerations. This will help focus our design process to develop a plan that meets and exceeds your expectations.
